Construction Completed on The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Meetinghouse in Onoway
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has completed construction of a meetinghouse that will serve Onoway and surrounding communities.
To celebrate the opening, local members are preparing an open house with guided tours for the public on Thursday, May 7 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and Saturday, May 9 from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.
The 9,000-square-foot meetinghouse is located at 4602-47 Avenue in Onoway. It includes a chapel, cultural hall, classrooms and offices.
